You can return any product within 14 days of purchase.
If any product purchased in our store does not meet your expectations, you can return it without hassle within 14 days of the purchase date. However, the product must be unused and undamaged.

Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

- COMPLAINTS
All products offered in our store at https://nextspool.com, except for 3D printing filaments, are covered by a 2-year warranty for individual customers from the date of purchase.
Business customers who received a VAT invoice with their purchase can submit a complaint within one year from the date of purchase.
If you have concerns about any product not covered by the warranty (such as 3D printing filaments), please email us at contact@nextspool.com with a description. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
When filing a complaint via email, the faulty product must be sent back along with the completed complaint form to the following address:

We review all complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

- EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not possible. If you need to file a complaint, you must return the product, and we will refund your payment. You will need to place a new order to receive a new product. - INVOICES
Customers can request a VAT invoice by selecting the invoice option during the ordering process.
If a customer has made a purchase with a receipt and later changes their mind, it is impossible to issue an invoice for that transaction.
